Have you changed your mind and no longer want your product?
If you have not yet received your order and it is still on its way, we invite you to refuse the package upon delivery: it will then be returned to us automatically and we will proceed to a refund of the order! Please send us an email to sav @ zenelec .com to notify us of the situation.
If the order has been received, please do not open it and contact us within 30 days at sav@zenelec.com , providing us with a photo of the package.
Regarding automatic antennas:
We invite you to check carefully before ordering that the dimensions of the automatic antenna (mentioned in full on the product sheet) are suitable for the location where you plan to use it.
The shipping costs for this very bulky and heavy product are particularly expensive and may be taken away from your refund in the event of a return, if the reason is a sizing issue.
In cases other than those mentioned, please contact us by email.
For information: we will not be able to accept the return of the antenna if the product has already been used because it cannot be put back on sale afterwards.

- The problem encountered accompanied by one or more photos.
- Your order number and a confirmation of the name linked to it.
We promise to respond to your requests within 1 business day in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible!
